Most Thursdays, a new cask is available from our beer engine.

All Wisconsin sour. Fermented with domestic yeast and lactobacillus.  Light-bodied with hints of berries, sour cherry and grapefruit. GRAPEFRUIT.

Delicate Apricot in the nose, effervescent and bright with sweet/tart fruit. Fermentted with domestic and wild yeast and aged in a neutral french oak wine barrel for 6 months.

Belgian Abbey Dubbel with Ethiopian Yirchacheffe coffee steeped longer to extract a distinct bright, citrusy  overtone.  Coffee from Milwuakee’s Stone Creek Roasters.

A Black IPA; dry-hopped with a combination of American hops.

A  refreshing light-bodied American Ale with the flavor of fresh jalapeno peppers without being excessive in heat and providing a nice balanced finish.

A Belgian style IPA.  Rich, fruity and complex with American hops in the finish.  A great pairing with our new pickle plates.

The classic toffe-caramel flavors of our Steinbier combined with roasted pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.  

Created with super-heated black granite to carmelize the malt which provides a touch of toffee, caramel sweetness.

A clean, crisp German-style Kolsch delicately balanced with subtle fruit flavor and aroma
