Events

Events at Sweet Mullets are focused on three basic tenets. Education. Fun. Community. Each event is unique and adds a new depth of knowledge with respect to the theme selected. All events bring the guests into the discussion and show them the subtleties of new beer styles, uses for locally produced foods and enlightens them about the history of beer production throughout the ages.

“Beer Dinners.” A collaborative effort between Sweet Mullets and local restaurants. The dinner will begin with an appetizer and end with a dessert, with several courses in-between. Each course will be served with the beer that complements the course. The Brew Master and Chef will be hosting the function will discuss the synergy between the beer and food pairing selected for each course.

“Beer Appreciation Night.” Guests sample a dozen or more beers that feature a certain style, region where the beer is produced, or common historical origin. The beers presented will be classic, renown and/or rare representatives of the event’s theme and could include beer produced anywhere from in-house to a location around the world.

“Brew-In.” A social function in which a select group of guests will assist the Brew Master in producing a beer of the group’s choosing. This opportunity will be offered periodically people or groups who are interested in the experience of working with a world-class Brew Master.

Sweet Mullets will be a focal for special events that strengthen our ties to the community. We will host charity events for causes that have meaning to our neighbors and maintain close ties to our fellow businesses to provide a synergy creating success for all businesses.
